While your application form may be submitted via the Internet, we do not enter into a Lease with you until you have inspected the property, and in the company of one of our property managers.
Please note, that we conduct the following checks on all applicants for a residential property managed by Tasmanian Private Realty.
- Credit Checks (locally and interstate)
- Employment Checks
- Reference Checks
- Previous rental history (if any)
