Starting as an Office Junior in 2009, she quickly transitioned into part-time Administration while pursuing her college education. Her commitment to learning and development led her to undertake a Business Traineeship in the Real Estate sector in the Hobart Region, resulting in her obtaining a Certificate III in Business.
Returning to TPR Property Group in 2016 as a Sales Secretary, Ashleigh brought with her not only experience but also a passion for the real estate industry. Her role expanded in 2020 when she took on the additional responsibility of being a part-time Personal Assistant to both Renee and Maree while continuing her duties as a Sales Secretary.
